PROFILE
Born in Osaka in 1993.
After graduating from Kansei Gakuin University, worked as a social worker.
After working as a psychiatric social worker at day labor pick area to support recovery from poverty and addiction, she became involved in counseling and support for domestic violence and sexual abuse.
Since 2020, she has been a member of Bunfuku and is currently training to become a screenwriter and director under the direction of Kore-eda and others.
She worked as an assistant director on “My Small Land” (directed by Ema Kawawada), about a Kurdish family living in Japan, and on Hirokazu Kore-eda's ”Monster".
