After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, he worked for a commercial production company before joining Bunbuku in 2014.
Produced films include　“The Third Murder” (Line Producer/ 2017/Directed by Hirokazu Koreeda) which was officially entered into the Competition section of the 74th Venice International Film Festival, “Junichi” (2019/Directed by Eiji Kitahara and Nanako Hirose), the first Japanese film officially entered into the Canne series Competition section of an international drama festival in France, a drama for distribution, and ‘Any Crybabies Around?’ (2020/Directed by Takuma Sato), which won the Best Cinematography Award at the 68th San Sebastián Film Festival.
In addition, he also produces, directs, and edits music videos and commercials.
